● Educational and Academic Activities

In order to develop high quality work forces, QSRC trains and educates graduate students for semiconductor researches systematically and practically through well-organized programs and introduces a "Certificate for the Trained/Educated Semiconductor Research Scientist" which is conferred to the people who finished the QSRC educational program. For examples, we provides training and education programs of the semiconductor physics, processing, thin film growth, analysis, and design for graduate students and personnel from industries. We hold a journal meeting for students to learn and discuss current research issues every morning. QSRC offers financial supports for graduate students on M. S. and Ph. D. levels as well as for post-doctoral fellows. . The center also offers opportunities for scientists and students to visit international institutes in collaboration for their experiment and training to learn new techniques and new research trends. Each year QSRC holds the internal QSRC workshop, international symposiums and international workshops.
